A quiet street leads past the coastline to the house where the large front garden and lap pool come into sight with wonderful views of the sea. Here you walk into the open style spacious lobby with an exposed rattan roof and natural stone floors. 2 modern lounge chairs offer the perfect place to enjoy afternoon drinks overlooking the large back garden where a light breeze keeps the temperature pleasant.
The covered 2 sided gallery leads to the large living and dining room. The 2 sided gallery features 2 more large ponds and some beautiful traditional wood carvings and other typical Indonesian decorations att matching the color scheme.
Leading from the lobby to the left side of the gallery there is generator room with an imported 19.5 KVA backup generator which can easily provide the whole house with enough electricity.
On the left side after the generator room there is the air-conditioned Gym which has a window with lovely views of a small inside garden. The solid wooden floor Gym is fully equipped with an electronic bicycle, large treadmill and elliptical trainer. The equipment is all from the renowned German Kettler brand and has full warrantee.
The next room leading from the left side gallery is the air-conditioned children's room. Keeping safety in mind there is no bathroom in this room but it has a bathroom across the gallery. It has 2 single beds with imported bed sheets from the USA in bright colors which children will love. The blackout curtains and cover curtains are also imported and give the room a quiet and friendly look; the solid wooden floors finish this room off nicely.
Next to the children's room, and being the first room in side the main area is the air-conditioned AV room. This room has a carpet in beautiful natural colors and here is comfortable large overstuffed 3 seater sofa with a modern table and AV cabinet which makes this the perfect room to watch the 42” flat screen TV Indovision connection which gets all the international channels.
On the right side the gallery the first room that is reached is the office/spa room. This air-conditioned room is divided by a modern screen which leaves one section to be a small home office with internet connection. The other section has a professional massage/treatment bed. Next to this room is the guest powder/bathroom.
Both sides of the gallery lead to the octagonal shaped living/dining room which measures about 65 SQM and si the center part of the house. This area has a beautiful floor which is made of 2 types of natural stones and compliments the teak wood furniture perfectly. On opposite sides it has glass doors so that both the view of the garden and pool/ocean can be enjoyed. It has a very high exposed rattan ceiling whit superb indirect lighting. The dining table easily hosts 10 guest, is made of solid teak wood whit comfortable dining chairs and is the center piece of this room. On the other side it has two leather club fauteuil to dream away or play a board game.
This area, which hosts ceiling fans for a perfect breeze, opens up via bar to the fully equipped kitchen which has all the modern conveniences such as an oven, cooker hob and hood plus all equipment like large fridge, mixers, juicers, microwave etc. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious storage room with a large wooden cabinet.
The kitchen has a beautiful dinner set with 5 types of plates and all the matching ware to host a fantastic dinner. There are 6 types of glassware consisting of 18 pieces each. The cutlery is of the highest qualiti and very modern.
There are 3 large master bedrooms that lead off the octagonal shaped living/dining room. All 3 room are air-conditioned, with solid wooden floors, king sized beds with an imported from the USA.

The second large master bedroom has 2 tall windows that look over the pool and garden in the front. of the house. There is a unique modern style solid wooden bed and 2 comfortable large chairs. This room also has an AV cabinet with a 32” LCD TV with DVD player and a spacious closet. Off the room is the open style modern large bathroom with Grohe rain shower and huge terrazzo style bath.
The third large master bedroom has a more Asian style and boasts a unique Chinese wedding cabinet. Off the room is the open style modern large bathroom with Grohe rain shower which has a more tropical look and feel then the others.
The 18 by 4 meter lap pool is finished with natural stones and the lava stone terrace comes with 8 synthetic rattan in natural color with thick white cushions and is the perfect lounge area with amazing views of the garden and sea; the perfect place to enjoy sunsets.
The front garden was designed with minimum maintenance in mind and has a tropical feel with bamboo, franghi pangi trees and palm trees.

The house comes “as is where is “ with all decoration, all furniture and fixtures.
Included are all duvets, bed sheets, pillows, towels sets, cutlery and glassware and china ware for 13 person. All glasses etc.
Only personal items like DVD's and book will be removed. Same for the notebook and printer, golf sets and clothing.
